Arman reserves the right to provide accommodation only to guests properly registered in its records. For this purpose, it is mandatory (under applicable law) for each of the guests to present a valid national ID card, passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the Front Office Executive.
Confirmation & Billing
In order to ensure that you have a confirmed reservation we would require a 50% advance of the total booking fee for the duration of the stay against cash or credit card against cash or a credit card. Companies undertaking to pay on behalf of the guest can confirm reservations by sending a billing letter duly signed by an authorized person, alongside the payment of this advance.
Guests staying for more than a month at a time are expected to pay the months’ charge at the beginning of every month and room service bills on presented (which will be presented for payment on every Saturday). Guests staying for a week or a fortnight will be expected to pay part of the total booking fee for the duration of the stay upfront.
If no advance is paid the booking will be treated as a tentative reservation only and Armān reserves the right to allot the room on a first come first serve basis.
On the basis of a confirmed booking, we will reserve the room for the guest up to latest 2000 IST on the day of check in, unless the booking stipulates otherwise.
Guests are required to relay/ inform us in advance of the duration of their stay. It may not be possible to provide an extension of stay without prior notification, in which case guests will be required to check out latest by 1200 IST on their originally scheduled day of departure. In the alternative, they may be moved to a different room for the extended period of their stay.
We reserve the right to put non-confirmed reservations on a wait list.
The room tariff is not inclusive of charges incurred on food, beverages or any other services utilized during your stay, other than the services which are identified as complimentary. These services will be billed to your room account.
Bills must be settled on presentation either by payment in cash or by valid credit cards. Cheques are not accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, guests are required to pay the price for the accommodation and other services rendered in accordance with the price list presented to them upon arrival.
Child / Extra bed
One child below 5 years can be accommodated in the same room as parents at no extra charge & without an extra bed.
For a second child, or a child between 5 years and 12 years, an extra charge of Rs. 750 per day per bed will be charged (including breakfast).
For an extra bed, other than the instances covered above, an extra charge of Rs. 1250 per bed will be charged (including breakfast and subject to space constraints).
Cancellation & Retention Charge
We reserve the right to levy the room tariff of one night (and taxes applicable thereon), as cancellation or no-show charges, unless the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to planned date of arrival.
We reserve the right to charge retention charges should the length of stay be reduced after check-in.
Taxes
All taxes, as levied by the government, will be charged extra and liable to change without prior notice.
